The client will review the proposed billboard sites and select the most appropriate options. We will engage in several discussions and negotiations with the client to finalize the most suitable billboard locations.
Estimated time : 3-7 business days.
Upon finalizing the billboard options, we will proceed to issue the Media Order to the client, thereby officially initiating the Digital Billboard Advertising Campaign process.
Estimated turnaround time: 1-3 business days (subject to client approval).
Depending on the client’s requirements,
the Avyan team can assist with the artwork design process. Alternatively, clients may provide their own designs. All designs must comply with the regulations set forth by Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, as per municipal guidelines.
Estimated time for Artwork Design: 7-14 days (subject to client approval).
Upon design confirmation,
the Avyan team will submit the design for
DBP approval. Please note that different municipal councils have varying requirements. Detailed information about the product, brand, or service depicted in the artwork will be requested by DBP for background checks.
Minimum Time Required: 3-5 business days
Additional Time for Corrections: 3-5 business days per correction
Upon receiving approval from Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP), we will officially commence the Digital Billboard Advertising Campaign. The campaign duration will begin on the day the client’s advertisement is broadcasted on the digital screens.
Estimated time for uploading the content to the screens : 1-7 days.
